U.K. Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will endeavour to keep all delays to an absolute minimum. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipments to The Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Siciliy will incur a surcharge that will be confirmed at the checkout. are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You will then be able to select your preferred delivery day and choose a one-hour delivery slot to suit you.

Damages take the utmost care to ensure that all packages are delivered on time and in good condition. In the unfortunate event that you have received your order damaged, please contact us immediately, using the form on the contact us page.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy do offer shipping outside of the UK, however, shipping costs will need to be agreed prior to an order being confirmed. Please complete your purchase online and the system will automatically forward your details to us to arrange a shipping quote. Please note, your purchase will not be confirmed until you are satisfied and have accepted the shipping quote.
