What does the black box TIME LEFT indicate?
Some suppliers choose to limit the amount of time that their pieces are listed on our website (e.g. for 90 days). As we want to make sure that you don’t miss out on having the opportunity to buy these items, we include a TIME LEFT indicator when there are less than 7 days till the piece disappears.
What are the stars in the top right corner of each piece?
Starring a piece will add it to your Wish List but only if you’re already logged-in. If not, you will be prompted to join as a VIP (there’s no charge for membership). As a VIP, you will also be able to view pieces 5-days before anyone else.
What are Product Alerts?
We have created Product Alerts to help you to find that special piece that you’ve been looking for. As soon as a new piece is added to the website that matches your selections, we will send you an email with the details and a link to the piece so you’re the first to see it. Please log into your account to setup or change a Product Alert.
How do I remove a Product Alert?
You can manage all of your Product Alerts from your VIP account. Simply log into your account and select the tab marked My Product Alerts to find all of your alerts listed there.
You can then choose to remove the alert completely by clicking on the ‘x’ or pause the alert by moving the slider tab to the Off position. Just be sure to save your changes.
